Land of Oz Pre-school/Fence & Playground
Lot#23, Blo-_k#1, Benchmark Subdivision
Staff has reviewed the request of R.C. Jones representing the
Land of Oz Pre-school for approval of the fence design and play-
ground location.
The proposed playground will be approximately 301x53' and
located south of and adjacent to the existing building on the lot.
The fencing material will generally be 3/4"x4"x5', fir boards
attached to 2x4's. The fence will be stained Olympic Stain Cedar
and Chamois which is to match the color of the building. The
enclosed area will be used as a playground for the children in
the pre-school.
Approval of this request is recommended.

Staff report to Planning and Zoning Commission
Beaver Creek West Condominiums(formally Avon Lake Villas)
Lot#42, Block#2, Benchmark Subdivision
Staff has reviewed the request of Mike Bennett representing Beaver
Creek West Condos(formally Avon Lake Villas) for approval of their
new sign design and location. The sign will contain 32 square feet of
signage and will be approximately 419" tall. The sign will be single
sided. The sign surface will be plywood backing covered with
redwood siding. The letters will be 9" high wood cutouts. A light
will be iLstalled under the cedar shake roof.
The sign area complies with both the present and proposed sign
codes.
The sign will be located 70 feet southwest of the center line of
West Beaver Creek Boulevard on the entrance easement between lots
19 and 33, Block#2 Benchmark Subdivision.
Approval of this request is recommended.

Revised Staff report to Planning and Zoning Commission
Revised Comprehensive Sign Program for Christie Lodge
I.ot 25, Block 2, Benchmark Subdivision
This report is an updated report to the one dated September 28,
1983. The petitioner has indicated the desire to delete the pro-
posed directory sign from inclusion in their sign program. The
petitioner has also submitted a sign policy statement detailing the
rules and procedures of their sign program. All requirements for
a comprehensive sign program have now been met.
Approval of the program is recommended.
