LA B2 BMBC Avon Center Deck RODcl of n of �ilvm C�oon, (Qol nba 81620 December 14, 1982 (303) 949-9280 Staff Report to Design Review Board Avon Center Deck Enclosure • Lot A, Block 2, Benchmark Subdivision Staff has reviewed the request of Douglas Mayes to be allowed to cover the deck adjacent to space #1207 in the Avon Center. The enclosed space is to be used for a restaurant. The enclosure will add approximately 3,950 square feet of commercial floor space to the Avon Center but will not increase the BAR. The materials to be used will match those used on the existing building. The proposed addition will increase the parking required by approximately 40 spaces beyond what is presently provided for. It is recommended that this request be approved subject to the following conditions: (1) That a parking plan be submitted to and approved by the DRB and Town Council showing how all of the off-street parking requirements for Phase I of the Avon Center will be complied with prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for this area. The materials to be u.ed are to match those used on the existing building. Approval of this request is recommended.
