MINUTES OF DES'. REVIEW BOARD
WORK SESSION
JUNE 4, 1979
The work session was opened by Chairman, Hugh Price at 7:45 P.M.
Members present were: Hugh Price, Ken Richards, Mike Blair,
Cynthia Jordan, Tom Landauer, and Alice Knipe. John Wheeler
was absent.
The work session consisted of going over the agenda for June 6,
meeting. These comments are as follows.
Solar Mountain Condominiums, Lot 42, Block 2, Pile No. 79-3-7.
They were previously submitted and approved. They submitted a
check for $359.00. The project is eliminating the solar panels.
A new color rendering will be asked for. The Board feels the
lines of the building have changed rather drastically.
Note: Items 1 and 4 on the agends will be presented at the
same time.
Heritage Financial Corporation, Lot 2, Block 1, File No. 79-3-21.
Stucco and wood exterior of Benchmark Condominiums will be re-
done. Oxford Brown Olympic Stain will be used on wood. The
Board will question quality of the stucco refinishing. Approx-
imately $20,000 will be spent on this project. Ken Richards will
check the Town of Avon files to see if any information is
available on the original building materials.
Heimann, Elizabeth, Lot 51, Block 1, File No. 79-4-1.
This project seems to be in conformance with all requests.
Edwards Condominiums, Lot 17, Block 2, File No. 79-5-3.
Question on fireplace stack height. Very adequate on parking
and landscaping.
Segal, Dritvar, DeSenno (Alpenfloral), Lot 11, Block 2, (No file No.)
Reworked p acement of building 35 feet from rear lot line to
improve the neighbors sight corridor.
With no other business the meeting adjourned at 9:35 P.M.
