Material (plans, etc.) is to be submitted 9 days before a meeting. A recording secretary is being considered by the Board. Items 5 B 6 on the agenda of the February 13, 1979 meeting were tabled for lack of material. Item 7 of the same agenda proposed that an air sampler be placed on the Avon Facility Fire Station roof by Eagle County Health Department for sampling and analyzing air as part of an Eagle County program. The sampler will be a 15" square galvanized steel structure which will be reached by ladder. Board members felt the site very questionable as it is in close proximity to the railroad. A letter addressing the Town Council on this matter will convey the Boards' feelings. Item 8 on the agenda concerned Lot 35, Block 1 --William Province (Industrial Park Mini Warehousing). Two buildings are proposed on the site on Metcalf Road. The lengths of the buildings are 160' and 170' respectively. Many questions arose on these points: a -Snow removal and storage b -Parking c -Vehicular circulation d -Building materials e -Site coverage The plan was shelved until further information can be obtained on the above listed items. A letter will be forwarded to the developers and/or architect as to these points. If the spaces on the site were converted to retail businesses, the Board would have to address this problem. •i [• [• BRADFORD PUBLISHING CO., DENVER RECORD O F PROCEEDINGS It was noted that residents or owners of fourth floor units in Avon Lake Villas be aware of the fact that the District's fire fighting aparatus cannot reach above the third floor. A few additions by Mike Blair will be noted and further discussions will be made at the next workshop which will be held February 28, 1979 (Wednesday) at 7:00 p.m. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m. Respectfully, We c c. /i r f Alice Knipe - Secretary Ir Z -C.
