Revised Landscape Plan
Marty Jones of Planters of Vail has requested a change in the landscaping at
Avon Center. Although the plans are a little vague, it appears that the trees
and shrubs have been given some variety compared to the last plan which was a
line up of trees and shrubs.
Staff Notes:
1. We are assuming that the borderline areas on the plan are sod.
We recommend approval be given so there are no further reasons for construction
not to begin.

Applicant's are proposing to construct 2 - 3 unit buildings on Lot 7, Block 1,
Wildridge Subdivision.
These 2 triplex buildings consist of 3 levels, single car garages with
approximately 2,200 S.F. of living area.
This proposal appears to comply with the requirements of the Avon Zoning Code.
This site is bordered by 2 existing developments on Lots 5 and 8, Block 1,
Wildridqe Subdivision.
Staff Considerations:
1. Driveway coming directly off of the road should be approximately a
4' grade;
2. Driveway grades and existing development should be reviewed and clarified.

Applicants have revised and resubmitted plans addressing items discussed at
s H the August 16, 1984 regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting:
1. Landscaping - Have shown size and type of materials;
all® 2. Loading stall in loading zone is 12' x 35';
3. Location and type of retaining walls shown;
4. Trash bin has been enclosed;
5. Lighting, location, size and type shown;
6. Defined Phase I construction (need to determine Phase I landscaping);
7. Plans have been submitted to Town Engineer for replatting process
(Council should approve September 12, 198411;
8. Roof sign will be scaled down to correct size;
9. Information on the roof will be presented at the meeting by the applicants.
Staff Notes:
1. Define Phase I landscaping;
2. Stockpile area on Phase II site should be leveled and revegetated;
3. Drainage plan - has some minor items that should be subject to Town
Engineer's approval.

office trailer on Lot 42, Block 2, Benchmark Subdivision durinq repair work on
