Scope of Work:
Expanding on the previous study of adapting the Swift Gulch Buildings to be utilized on Lot 5
w/o podiums and incorporating surface parking,the Town has requested that two additional
options be tested for Lot 5 to understand potential development density and layout- please
see below for descriptions of these two options.
option 1
-study will add an additional floor of units and elevator(s)to the previous Lot 5 study(4 stories
total)
- pending review of parking &storage counts this concept might be applied to all buildings or
selected ones to represent an option that will meet parking requirements for the number of
units
- graphic site plan for this option will be provided
-sketch renderings for comparative scale, massing, context review with other options will be
provided
- cost estimating of this option is included in the cost estimating scope
option 2
-study will add an additional floor of units and elevator(s)to the previous Lot 5 study as well as
a parking level below the units(5 stories total)
-surface parking is anticipated to meet total parking counts
-storage will be evaluated below the buildings or in separate structures as req'd
-due to the added elevator(s), podium construction is not anticipated, appropriate fire
separation/assembly requirements will be defined w/the cost estimator.
