TC Resolution 20-35 Approving the Updated Community Development Fee ScheduleTOWN OF AVON RESOLUTION NO. 20-35 APPROVING THE UPDATED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FEE SCHEDULE WHEREAS, the Avon Town Council may enact and update fee schedules involved with all application processes as stipulated in Chapter 7 and Chapter 15 of the Avon Municipal Code; and, WHEREAS, the Town has determined that a revised fee schedule is necessary to accurately reflect the cost of labor and fee practices of the Community Development Department; and, WHEREAS, this Resolution hereby amends the fee schedule last adopted by Avon Town Council Resolution 16-04 (Planning Fees) and Avon Town Council Resolution 02-10 (Building Fees) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO, that the Avon Town Council hereby adopts the updated Community Development Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A, and made a part hereof.
