The Regular Meeting of the Town of Avon Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order
by Chairman Andrew Karow at 6:00 P.M., March 17, 1998, in the Council Chambers, Avon
Municipal Building, 400 Benchmark Road, Avon, CO 81620.

Motion
Commissioner Stanley moved to approve Consent Agenda item A with Commissioner Karow
and Commissioner Railton abstaining and Consent Agenda item B with Commissioner Railton
and Commissioner Schneider abstaining. Commissioner Dantas seconded the motion.
