RECOMMENDED ACTION
Approve the roof design modification for the west building of Eaglebend Phase III.
INTRODUCTION
At the last meeting, the Commission requested Eaglebend Phase III to resubmit for the
roof design on the west building. Attached to this report are the revised elevations.
STAFF COMMENTS
Staff has no concerns with the proposed roof design.

The Commission approved with the following conditions:
1. Reduction in parking space size for 9 spaces on the east end and
12 on the west end to 16' deep by 9' wide.
2. Revised site plan with the realloeation of 2 units.
3. A 2 foot reduction of buildings "A" and "C" from the river.
4 Elevation change with Siding he Pxtended to roof line which is presently stucci
5. All design changes be brought to staff for review and staff having the
option to bring changes back to Planning and Zoning Commission for
any further discussion and review.
6. Recommendation that the developers bring back a plan to extend the roof
