Introduction
The final design was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on December 19, 1996
subject to satisfaction of 11 conditions of approval. One of the conditions was to bring back a cut
sheet of the landscape planter design.
The planters are located on the sides of the driveway that cuts through the center of the building.
The planter design is a simple square design. The planters will be painted three colors to match
the existing building.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the planter design with the condition that the plans specify what
material will be used to construct the planters.
