Re: Lot 19, Block 3, Wildridge Subdivision - Design Modification and Satisfaction of
Conditions
Introduction
On September 3, 1996, this single-family residence received Final Design approval. The
applicant is now returning to the Commission to satisfy two of the remaining conditions of
approval and to request approval of proposed design modifications.
The project's approval required additional Commission review and approval of the project's
proposed colors and the addition of landscaping to the south side of the residence. The applicant
will provide a materials and color board at the meeting. The revised landscape plan provides the
additional landscaping. The proposed design modifications do not significantly alter the general
design or massing of the project.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the proposed colors and materials, landscaping and design
modifications.
Recommended Motion
Approve the colors and materials, landscaping and design modifications for Lot 19, Block 3,
Wildridge Subdivision as presented on the plans dated "Received" May 6, 1997 as submitted.
