Re: Lot 55, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision - Alpine Bank Building
Sign Materials Modification
On November 19, 1996, the Planning & Zoning Commission approved a modification to the
Master Sign Program for what is now know as the Alpine Bank Building. As part of that
modification, the building identification sign on the building's southwest elevation was approved
as a foam matte sign. The applicants now wish to change that sign to a pan -channel illuminated
sign (please see attached letter dated March 23, 1997). The sign would retain the same size,
location and color as originally approved.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the proposed sign material modification as presented in the
application dated March 26, 1997, with the following condition:
1. The Alpine Bank Building's Master Sign Program be updated to reflect the change in
materials, reference Exhibit B, prior to issuance of a Sign Installation Permit.
