Siding and Trim
The applicant is requesting approval to replace this townhouse project's existing wood siding and
trim with vinyl siding and trim. Colors would match the existing colors (please refer to the letter
dated March 1997).
Recommended Motion
Approve the vinyl siding and trim for Lot 16, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision as presented in the
application dated March 3, 1997.
