into Living Area
The applicant desires to convert one half of the existing two car garage into living area. The
garage door will be replaced by a wall with window, materials and colors to snatch those already
existing on the residence. It appears adequate parking and maneuverin- room in the driveway
will remain.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the proposed minor project as presented in the submitted
correspondence and drawing dated November 7. 1996.
