To whom it may concern:
I am the owner of the property located at 5691 A Wlldridge Road East, Avon, CO 81620, a property located immediately
adjacent to 5705 Wildridge Road East.
For nearly two years I have lived next to a construction site and I am still looking at randomly stacked railroad ties and
car tires, hanging wires, flower/vegetable beds that are incomplete, construction equipment, large piles of dirt/topsoil
and an unfinished driveway. Despite my patients to date, enough is enough, it is time for the Town of Avon to act within
their given powers to enforce the conditions of the Temporary Occupancy Permit (TOP).
I believe the Avon Council has been misled to believe the owners would fulfill their obligation but instead it seems they
were counting on the Town Council to be complacent in code enforcement. These conditions are impacting my ability to
market my property which has been listed for sale for over ninety days without any real traffic. I along with the other
impacted neighbors encourage the Town Council to take action to ensure the project is completed immediately.
Sincerely,
Henry Rischitelli

Subject: TIME SENSITIVE: 5705 Wildridge Property
We are sending this email as Wildridge residents asking that you please consider upholding the town
attorneys ruling regarding violations to the homeowners of property 5705 Wildridge Rd.
We are residents that reside at 5651 Wildridge Rd E and 100% of our property backs up the north
facing side of 5705 Wildridge Rd. We have lived in direct proximity to the construction of this build for
going on two years now and cannot bear the thought of yet another extension for its completion into
2018.
We have written the Town previously with our concerns including improper drainage from this
property which forces rivers of mud into our backyard, that then drain around our home and pour onto
our driveway which runs along the front of our home. This drainage is clearly the result of the dirt piles
in the backyard of 5705 Wildridge Rd property that have yet to be planted with sod or seeded grass
as well as improper drainage pipes that currently are merely round pipes, above ground, that are
exposed and drain water directly onto our property line. In the 12 years we have owned our home,
we have never experienced this issue.
We also have not been able to open our back windows for a cross breeze because the dirt on the
property's yard blows directly into our home. As well, the winds in Wildridge blow weed seeds into
our back yard, of which we recently received a threatening letter form the homeowner concerning
Canadian Thistle that had sprouted up in our backyard. over the past month.
We will soon be listing our home for sale and the in -completion of property 5705 Wildridge Rd will
force us to seek a lower asking price and hinder the sale of our home, while reducing the home value
in Wildridge in general.
When we built our home in 2005, we knew well in advance the requirements of the Town and made
sure to meet all building requirements on schedule, including having our driveway poured and
landscaping completed on time. We think it only fair that others building in the neighborhood do as
well.
So in closing, again we urge you to uphold the town attorney's ruling of property 5705 Wildridge Rd,
and declining their request for an extension to complete their driveway and changes to their
landscape to 2018.
Feel free to email us should you have any questions. We hope to be at Tuesday's meeting but in the
event we are unable to come, we wanted to express our deep concerns.
Thank you,
Laura Lee & Ray Verlinde

Subject: TCO Appeal for Conroy Residence at 5705 Wildridge Road East- Please DENY
Attachments: IMG_1894.JPG; IMG_1895.JPG; IMG_1896.JPG; IMG_1898.JPG
Dear Honorable Mayor Jennie Fancher & Avon Town Council Members,
I am writing to urge you to please DENY the appeal by the property owner at
5705 WILDRIDGE ROAD to extend the TCO for landscape and driveway completion in early
2018. The owner of 5705 took occupancy in January 2017 and has yet to complete her landscaping,
driveway or front walk. She was provided one extension in April that expired July 27, 2017, and even
with an impeding deadline, the owner made little to no attempt to do any landscape or driveway work
prior to July 1, 2017 knowing fully she would not have the work completed by the end of July.
During the period of the first extension of the TCO (April -July), it was my observation that the home
owner was only at the home one weekend in June. This is blatant disregard
of the extension deadline while leaving the rest of the neighborhood to view the piles of dirt, weeds,
concrete mixer, porta potty, landscape ties, pavers and more. As an immediate neighbor to 5705, my
family has had to endure a "construction zone" for two years now and we plead with you not to
extend this yet another year.
Beyond the aesthetic value, providing this home owner with yet another extension to their TCO sets
an unwanted precedent in our neighborhood that other property owners and builders can take years
to complete their homes after receiving an occupancy permit from the town. We have a lot of
construction happening in Wildridge and this is not an acceptable practice.
I have provided pictures taken 8/6/17 so Council members can see the state of the house as it is
today and what we are being asked to live with for another year.
I appreciate your time and consideration on this matter.
Warm regards,
Jeff & Jody Morgan

Subject: I urge you to DENY the TCO appeal for Conroy residence at 5705 Wildridge Road East
Dear Honorable Mayor Jennie Fancher and all Avon Town Council Members...
I am writing in regard to our new immediate neighbors at 5705 Wildridge Road East. Although they were given
occupancy in January 2017, it seems they have yet to actually occupy their residence, but most importantly, their
property remains a full-fledged construction zone even though their extension to complete the exterior expired on
July 27, 2017.
Their driveway has yet to be completed, there is still a port -a -potty in clear view from the street, and up until a week
or so ago, their landscaping work had come to a stand still. I have personally witnessed the massive amount of dirt
and debris that their unfinished landscaping and poor placement of drainage piping has left on our neighbors, the
Verlinde's, garage and driveway. Laura Lee Verlinde isn't even able to open her windows, especially those toward
her backyard, because of all the dust and dirt.
This is unacceptable.
My husband and I have called this neighborhood our home for 14 years now and one deadline extension is enough.
They've been given the courtesy of 6 months to complete everything after they were originally supposed to, but
continue to show their lack of respect for the neighborhood and those of us who have to look at the eyesore of an
incomplete front and back yard.
It's more than an eyesore though...
It's about common courtesy of allowing those of us who already have a home here, to live with our windows open
during the summer months.
It's about noxious weeds that are growing out of control and spreading to the surrounding neighbors
yards... including ours.
It's about concrete mixers, tiles, pavers, and dead flowers that have gone unattended and give our street a bad
name... especially to those attempting to raise our property values through sales.
It's about noise.
It's about disruption.
It's been two years of construction. TWO years. Enough is enough.
That said, I urge you to please DENY the appeal for the property owners of 5705 Wildridge Road to extend the TCO
for landscape and driveway completion in early 2018.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
All the best,
Trista Sutter
