AMENDMENT TO THE
2o16 LAKE STREET UNION AND TOWN OF AVON AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") to the 2016 LAKE STREET UNION FESTIVAL AGREEMENT, originally dated July 18, 2016
( "Agreement "), is made and entered into the 29th day of August, 2016, by and between the Town of Avon ( "AVON'), a home
rule municipality of the State of Colorado, with its principal offices at One Lake Street, Avon, Colorado, 8162o and PINE
PRODUCTIONS, hereinafter referred to as the ( "PINE "), a Colorado Limited Liability Company with Its principal offices at P.O.
Box 5083, Vail, Colorado, 81658.
AMENDMENT
Pursuant to Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 16 of the Agreement, AVON and PINE agree to amend the Agreement as set forth
herein. All other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to provisions concerning
insurance and indemnification.
I. Upon request by PINE, Avon hereby grants PINE non - exclusive rights to access the PREMISE forset -up on Friday,
September 16, 2016 between the hours of 9:oo a.m. and 1:oo p.m.; and, for strike on Sunday, September 18, 2016
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:oo p.m.
