The Subdivision Improvements required for Buck Creek PUD Lots 1A and 16 have been completed and
approved by the Town of Avon. The two -year warranty period was completed on July 27, 2013 without any
evidence of defects in workmanship or quality, There is no further obligation outstanding from the Phase 1
Subdivision Improvements Agreement for Lots 1A and 1 B, Buck Creek PUD Amendment.
